Citizen Grants GCP’s aim to grow the usability of Gitcoin’s ecosystem, making Gitcoin a leader in the space again, and strengthening the feedback loop between value creation and value capture. The program aims to fund projects that leverage Gitcoin's tools and tech stack across various roles. It seeks:

• Program Managers trained in Gitcoin's tools to pilot and run funding rounds.
• Innovators introducing novel funding mechanisms on the Allo platform.
• Developers building or enhancing Gitcoin's tech stack to solve specific challenges.
• Researchers and Educators who provide valuable insights, tools, or educational resources to strengthen Gitcoin's offerings and ecosystem knowledge.

The program is dedicated to driving impactful contributions that advance Gitcoin’s mission and community growth. Through the GCP program, the Citizen Grants Program funds contributions proposed by the community, reviewed by the Grants Council.
