Description
ADI Foundation builds ADI Chain, an EVM-compatible, government-grade, compliance-native blockchain infrastructure capable of over 8,000 TPS with low transaction costs. The organization aims to onboard 1 billion people onto blockchain by 2030, starting with emerging markets in the Middle East, Asia, and Africa, working with ecosystem partners such as Mastercard, M-Pesa, BlackRock, and Franklin Templeton. Its clients and partners are primarily governments, sovereign entities, and regulators, along with financial institutions and technology partners. Current initiatives include building settlement rails for a dirham-backed stablecoin regulated by the UAE Central Bank, enabling secure portable health records in Kenya, supporting carbon credit tokenization, and partnering with mobile money providers in Africa for onchain payments. Recent activity includes partnerships with SettleMint, Exodus, BNY, Finstreet, Brickken, Fireblocks, and AEON, as well as launches such as the PUSD stablecoin and ADI Predictstreet, a prediction market partner for the FIFA World Cup 2026.Grant Funding
