The Africa Blockchain Center is an independent capacity building & research centre focused on blockchain technology. It brings together Africa’s top industry leaders, academics, policy-makers, entrepreneurs and researchers to undertake ground-breaking research on blockchain technology and accentuate the pan-African blockchain revolution through training 10,000 blockchain developers by 2027. The center's activities include capacity building to address the demand for proficient blockchain developers, research and development to contribute to public and technical discourse, developing in-house enterprise-grade solutions following Web3 standards, and incubating innovative African projects entering the web3 space. They also offer services like venture building, R&D for companies, and in-house development and integration of blockchain solutions.
