Its platform supports traditional and tokenized share registries, equity issuance, compliance workflows, direct investments, and secondary trading. Companies use its Issuer Portal and branded Investor Page to manage cap tables, shareholders, tokenized equity, and investor access; shareholders use the Portfolio App to hold, manage, and trade tokenized shares through a self-custody wallet.
