AlleyCorp is an early-stage investment and incubation firm founded by technology entrepreneur Kevin Ryan. It invests approximately $1–5 million at the incubation, pre-seed, seed, and Series A stages, while building companies across marketplaces, enterprise software, fintech, media, e-commerce, digital health, robotics, automation, space, advanced manufacturing, and materials science. Its portfolio includes both incubated and invested companies. Through its Canada-based Toboggan Labs engineering hub, AlleyCorp provides fractional CTO, engineering, product design, cloud infrastructure, data science, and machine-learning capabilities to incubations, portfolio companies, and external companies.
