ChainTracer is a flagship program of the Vietnam Blockchain and Digital Asset Association (Hiệp hội Blockchain và Tài sản số Việt Nam), launched as one of the association's key initiatives for 2023. It is a collaborative effort with domestic and international organizations to build a reliable global database of scam activity, traced from victim reports, with the mission of opposing and preventing the abuse of blockchain technology for fraud, particularly in the crypto and digital asset space. The platform offers free support services including checking whether a token is blacklisted, checking whether token-issuing organizations are on a suspicious list, and introducing victims to leading Vietnamese and international lawyers experienced in virtual asset/token matters.
