Description

The Arbitrum Foundation is dedicated to the development, governance, and growth of the Arbitrum ecosystem. Arbitrum is a suite of Layer 2 scaling solutions for Ethereum that enables faster and cheaper transactions while inheriting the security of the Ethereum mainnet. The Foundation's role is to empower this technology and its community. It does this by providing strategic grants to projects that contribute to the adoption of Arbitrum, such as the "Trailblazer" program for AI and DePIN solutions. Furthermore, the Foundation supports the ArbitrumDAO, a decentralized autonomous organization where $ARB token holders can vote on governance proposals to collectively shape the future of the Arbitrum protocols and chains. Through initiatives like the governance forum and educational resources, the Foundation fosters a collaborative environment for developers and users to build and interact with user-friendly dApps.
