Description
Arcus is a blockchain-based smart-contract protocol and hybrid decentralized exchange for self-custodial peer-to-peer trading. Its spot product supports 24/7 zero-fee trading of tokenized equities, indices, commodities, and cryptoassets, while its perpetuals product provides cross-margined leveraged trading. Arcus uses off-chain matching and sequencing with on-chain custody and settlement, and is explicitly described as the next chapter for the team that built dYdX.
