ARTXV is a creative hub and community for disabled and neurodivergent artists, founded in 2021 by Ava and her sister Tara, an autistic, non-verbal artist. It was born as a response to the lack of opportunities for disabled artists in the traditional art world. The collective embraces a wide range of art forms, from traditional techniques like collage, stippling and watercolour to experimental mediums like generative AI and blockchain art. ARTXV amplifies the work and stories of disabled and neurodivergent artists, providing them a supportive community and celebrating their unique perspectives and talents that have long been overlooked by the traditional art world.
