Through its front-end application (astrolab.fi), it provides access to a decentralized ecosystem of smart contracts. The platform enables users to deposit funds into its 'Crates'—standardized, ERC 4626-compliant, multichain yield-bearing vaults—which automatically route and rebalance funds to the best available pools on compatible chains using LayerZero's messaging technology. This cross-chain diversification aims to reduce yield volatility and capitalize on new farming opportunities. Astrolab operates on a trustless, non-custodial, and peer-to-pool basis, meaning users retain full control and custody of their funds.
