BitRussia, operated by ООО «Цифровая Инвестиционная Платформа», is an investment platform built around the issuance, circulation, and redemption of utility digital rights. Russian legal entities and individual entrepreneurs can create investment projects and issue utility tokens representing claims to future products, services, or intellectual property; investors can acquire these rights and manage them in a digital wallet, including transferring, selling, exchanging, and redeeming them on the platform. The platform uses a distributed ledger and smart contracts, includes project moderation, investment limits, escrow-style financial support, nominal accounts, and disclosures, and serves investors as well as Russian project initiators seeking partner and project financing.Grant Funding
