Black Women In Blockchain (BWinB) is a tax-exempt nonprofit organization focused on increasing the representation of Black women and girls in the blockchain and broader tech industry. Through training, mentoring, networking, visibility programs, and access to capital, BWinB works to help Black women become leaders and innovators in blockchain and emerging tech.

Black Women In Blockchain is a nonprofit dedicated to enhancing inclusion and representation of Black women and young girls in the blockchain industry. Recognizing the lack of diversity in this rapidly growing field, the organization was founded to shatter barriers limiting Black women's participation and to help them become leaders, innovators, and influencers in blockchain and other emerging technologies. Its initiatives include training, mentoring, networking, visibility programs, and access to capital, and it aligns its work with several United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, including gender equality, education, entrepreneurship, innovation, and social inclusion. The organization has engaged young Black girls in blockchain and NFTs and relies on a network of volunteers to deliver programs and events to Black girls and women.Grant Funding
