Blast operates an optimistic, EVM-compatible Ethereum Layer 2 designed to provide native yield on bridged ETH and stablecoins. ETH and USDB balances can automatically rebase using yield sourced from ETH staking and on-chain T-Bill protocols, while developers can deploy compatible dapps and programmatically receive net gas-fee revenue.
