Bleu positions itself not as staff augmentation but as a team that diagnoses and owns critical engineering problems end to end, from assessment through production-ready delivery, documentation, and handoff. They work across bounded 'Sprints' and ongoing 'Squads' for teams whose core engineers can't be pulled off higher-priority work, handling developer tooling, SDKs, integrations, governance features, subgraphs, multichain APIs, data infrastructure, and full product/design/engineering work. Their technical stack spans Ruby on Rails, Next.js, React, GraphQL, TypeScript, and Python for AI pipelines, along with Web3-specific work including EVM protocols, Solidity integration, subgraphs, and multichain data infrastructure. Clients are primarily US- and EU-based, remote, English-speaking engagements in the crypto/Web3 space, such as CoW Protocol (30+ months), Silo Finance, Perk, and Balancer.
