BrikkApp (BrikkApp a.s., reg. no. 08403104, Praha, CZ) operates a "one-stop-shop" marketplace for real estate crowdfunding investments. The platform aggregates and vets real estate investment opportunities from partner crowdfunding platforms located across Europe (e.g. Occollo, Recrowd, Lande, Max Crowdfund, Reinvest24, Shojin Property Partners), allowing investors to browse, compare, and invest directly in property-backed loans and equity projects from a single dashboard, starting from amounts as low as 50 EUR or 500 CZK, with no trading fees. Users can invest manually or use the Autoinvest tool (Easy or Expert modes) to automatically diversify across multiple projects based on chosen criteria such as currency, duration, LTV limit, and interest rate. BrikkApp performs its own due diligence and co-invests in each listed project, provides investor education content (a "Learn" section and market reports), and requires KYC/AML identity verification for registration. Its typical clients are individual retail investors (EEA/UK residents) seeking diversified, low-minimum real estate investment exposure, as well as businesses.
