The organization is structured around several guilds, including Accelerator, Education, Tech, Operation, and Research, each with a specific focus from nurturing innovation to compiling deep insights. BuidlerDAO has implemented the $BRP reputation system to recognize and reward all forms of contributions from its members. A key initiative is the SpringX Accelerator, a Web3 startup accelerator that partners with institutional investors and distinguished founders to support projects from inception to impact.
