Casper is an enterprise-oriented Layer-1 blockchain with WebAssembly-based smart contracts, deterministic finality through Zug consensus, native access controls, upgradable contracts, multi-VM support, and SDKs. Its current focus includes regulated real-world asset tokenization, institutional infrastructure, and AI-agent and machine-to-machine payment use cases.
