Description
Catalysis builds infrastructure to bring risk coverage onchain for institutions moving into DeFi. Its platform pools restaked digital assets to back coverage contracts, with CoverPool curators managing risk, issuing coverage contracts, and routing premiums back to delegators, while valid claims are settled automatically via collateral slashing. The product is designed to be institution-first, with legal enforceability and compliance-forward contracts, and is fully onchain with smart contracts handling dynamic pricing, automated evaluation, and fast disbursements. Catalysis is currently rolling out via a roadmap that includes a closed testnet pilot with flagship institutions, a pre-mainnet launch on Ethereum with whitelisted curators and policy buyers, and a subsequent mainnet launch to scale capacity and onboard further institutional partners.Grant Funding
