Description
Chelpis Quantum Corp (also known as CHELPIS Quantum Corporation), founded in 2017 and headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan, is a global pioneer in Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC), positioning itself as the founder of Asia's first Quantum-Safe Migration Center (QSMC). The company offers a suite of products including PQScan (an algorithm inventory and quantum-safe risk assessment tool), PQTunnel and PQRP (PQC communication systems for Zero Trust and TLS protection), PQStorage and PQDrive (file encryption systems), and CPQC (a cross-platform PQC library compliant with NIST FIPS-203, FIPS-204, and FIPS-205 standards, with NIST CAVP validation achieved in early 2026). Chelpis researchers actively contribute to and maintain open-source cryptography projects such as pqm4, PQClean, and implementations used by liboqs, Signal, AWS-LC, and OpenTitan, and participate in NIST's additional signature standardization process (UOV, MAYO) as well as the Post-Quantum Cryptography Alliance (PQCA), MITRE PQC, FIDO, and the Formosa Crypto project. The company serves enterprise clients in government, healthcare, finance, AI, and critical infrastructure, and recently partnered with Gorilla Technology Group to integrate its PQC technology into Gorilla's Quantum-Safe SD-WAN platform for global commercial deployment.
