Circles developed a trust-based community currency and local universal-basic-income system. The Circles Coop states that it ceased operations in January 2024. A migration tool remains available for moving legacy Circles Garden accounts to Circles v2, and official documentation remains online, but the former marketplace endpoint is unavailable. The organization is therefore Inactive, with the migration tool and discontinued marketplace represented as distinct product states.
