CitaDAO is a Decentralized Finance (DeFi) platform built on the Ethereum ecosystem, designed to tokenize real estate and integrate it with the broader DeFi space. The platform addresses challenges in traditional real estate, such as illiquidity, limited access, and lack of composability. Through its core process, 'Introducing Real Estate On-chain' (IRO), CitaDAO facilitates the tokenization of real-world properties, allowing them to be represented as Real Estate Tokens (RETs) on the blockchain. This enables a global community to invest in fractional ownership of properties, diversify their on-chain portfolios with real-world assets, and access constant liquidity through Automated Market Makers (AMMs). The platform also features a native governance token, KNIGHT, which can be staked (as xKNIGHT) alongside RETs for yield farming opportunities, providing sustainable yields derived from real-world assets.
