Clearpool is a decentralized credit marketplace for institutional borrowers and lenders. It allows lenders to earn yield on their digital assets by providing liquidity to permissionless pools, while institutional borrowers can access uncollateralized loans. The platform also features staking for its native CPOOL token and a permissioned product, Clearpool Prime, for KYC/AML compliant wholesale digital asset lending.

Clearpool is a DeFi credit marketplace for Real-World Asset (RWA) lending, having originated over $640M in loans to institutions like Jane Street and Wintermute. Launched on Ethereum in March 2022, it has expanded to multiple chains including Polygon PoS, Polygon zkEVM, Optimism, and Arbitrum. The protocol allows institutions to raise unsecured liquidity from DeFi markets. It also offers Clearpool Prime, a permissioned platform for compliant wholesale borrowing and lending of digital assets.
