Crescent Network is a blockchain network built within the Cosmos ecosystem, designed to provide connected DeFi functionality that enhances capital efficiency and manages risk across multi-chain assets. Its core offering, Crescent DEX, combines AMM and orderbook mechanisms via a fair order-matching system to maximize capital efficiency, prevent front-running and validator extractable value, and encourage participation from market makers of all sizes. Beyond the DEX, Crescent supports liquid staking (allowing native token stakers to retain voting power while deploying capital elsewhere), Snowball (a liquid AMM that tokenizes liquidity-providing positions as fungible sb-tokens), and a liquid governance module (using bCRE) that preserves voting power for liquidity providers.
