Description
CYBAVO, founded in 2018, is a crypto infrastructure and custody platform offering products such as CYBAVO VAULT (an MPC-based institutional digital asset custody solution), wallet SDKs, and cashflow management tools for crypto exchanges, NFT and blockchain gaming platforms, and DeFi protocols. In June 2022, Circle, the issuer of the USDC stablecoin, signed a definitive agreement to acquire CYBAVO for approximately $190 million in cash and Circle shares, integrating CYBAVO's custody and wallet technology as a new product pillar to advance USDC adoption and Web3 applications. CYBAVO maintains a GitHub organization (github.com/CYBAVO) publishing SDKs and sample apps, including an iOS wallet SDK sample, an authentication SDK example, a SOFA API mock server, an API checksum calculator, and a cryptocurrency sanction list reference.Grant Funding
