D2X Group N.V. is a European institutional-grade derivatives exchange for digital assets, holding an investment firm licence (MiFID II) to operate a Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF), granted by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM). Supervised by both the AFM and De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB), D2X is the first regulated crypto derivatives exchange in a Tier-1 jurisdiction to operate 7 days a week. The platform offers USD and EUR-denominated futures on Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH), with options to follow. It allows institutional clients to mitigate counterparty risk by trading through a Central Order Book or a Block Trading Facility. Key features include a collateral-efficient portfolio margining system (CVaR), secure off-exchange custody for fiat collateral at a Tier 1 EU Credit Institution, and a high-performance infrastructure with sub-100μs latency and standard industry connectivity protocols (SBE, FIX, WebSocket). D2X's mission is to facilitate the institutional adoption of digital assets and pioneer the next generation of financial markets.
