DAO Suisse is an association under Swiss law with the purpose of enabling DAOs by leveraging the Swiss culture of participation. It fosters innovation and knowledge transfer between industry and academia to advance DAO technology for the public, brings together experts from various fields to drive the creation and advancement of DAOs, and represents DAO stakeholders while advocating for clear regulations in Switzerland to protect DAO founders and participants. The organization operates through working groups covering Legal and Tax, Organizational Structure, Tooling & Technology, and a Founders Club. It is member-driven and member-financed, serving a broad range of members including private individuals, new and established DAOs, universities, blockchain infrastructure providers, boutique agencies and law firms, non-profits/NGOs, and brands interested in decentralized governance.Grant Funding
