The Orbs Network, a key contributor, provides a decentralized public blockchain infrastructure that acts as a separate execution layer between existing L1/L2 solutions and the application layer, enhancing smart contract capabilities for Web 3.0, DeFi, NFTs, and GameFi. The DeFi.org Accelerator, managed in partnership with entities like Binance and Moonstake, supports research, open-source software development, and community engagement in the DeFi and NFT space.
