Delphia is a Toronto-based fintech company and SEC-registered investment adviser that builds AI- and data-driven quantitative investment strategies. Originally spun out of Vox Pop Labs' predictive-modeling work, Delphia evolved from a retail robo-advisor using crowdsourced personal data into an institutional-grade quant equity manager, and now runs a hedge fund (Oracle Alpha) and related ventures (Tilt, the open-sourced ForecastOS/InvestOS backtesting framework) serving investors, policymakers, and data-rights advocates.
