dShares are Dinari's tokenized equity product: each verified holder receives a representative token backed 1:1 by an underlying stock or ETF acquired and held in custody through a registered broker-dealer. The tokens mirror economic rights such as dividends and stock splits, can be traded on integrated marketplaces or redeemed for stablecoin proceeds, and include token-level compliance controls including KYC/KYB gating, geographic restrictions, accreditation checks, and AML monitoring.
