Dorm Room Fund invests in student-founded companies, typically providing early angel-style checks of $90,000–$250,000 and targeting approximately 1.3% equity ownership. Beyond funding, it offers founders access to a community of investors, founders, mentors, experts, and support resources. Founded in 2012 and operating independently since 2021, Dorm Room Fund also runs programs for student founders and aspiring venture investors, including diversity-focused tracks and a PhD track.
