Description

drand operates decentralized randomness beacon networks powered by independent nodes and relays. Its services include publicly verifiable randomness delivered through HTTP, libp2p PubSub, and client libraries for Go and JavaScript, with support for applications such as blockchain systems, smart contracts, lotteries, sampling, and timelock encryption. The project is stewarded by Randamu and supported by the League of Entropy coalition.
