Description

Elixir is the most widely adopted network for RWAs, bringing funds from institutions like BlackRock, Hamilton Lane, and Apollo to DeFi through deUSD, a fully collateralized, yield-bearing synthetic dollar. The network aims to open new possibilities for crypto by providing a decentralized gateway for institutional capital and enhancing exchange liquidity. Elixir powers native offerings on exchanges such as Vertex Fusion and Orderly Quantum, enabling trustless, delta-neutral liquidity. It is also set to be integrated into dYdX to power their upcoming permissionless markets feature, allowing anyone to create new markets and supply liquidity. The Elixir network is a modular network built to power high-throughput liquidity use cases and institutional liquidity. It powers deUSD, a fully collateralized, yield-bearing synthetic dollar. Elixir is notable for bringing Real World Assets (RWAs) from major funds like BlackRock and Hamilton Lane into the DeFi space through deUSD, which is used exclusively by Securitize. This allows asset holders to engage with DeFi without altering their original asset exposure, providing native onchain composability. The network, secured by over 10,000 global validators, also provides infrastructure for more than 30 decentralized trading venues to enhance liquidity for trading pairs.
