Ethereum on ARM provides custom, high-performance Linux images that turn affordable ARM Single Board Computers into full-featured Ethereum nodes, aiming to power decentralization with low-cost, efficient hardware.
Distributed
Description
Ethereum on ARM builds and maintains optimized Linux images for ARM-based Single Board Computers (SBCs), enabling users to run full Ethereum nodes on affordable, energy-efficient hardware. The project supports recommended boards for full and staking nodes such as the NanoPC T6 (16GB), Rock 5B (16GB), and Orange Pi 5 Plus (16GB), as well as the Raspberry Pi 5 with an NVMe HAT. Its documentation covers getting started guides, hardware support lists, operation guides for running and managing nodes, package references, and contribution guidelines, serving individuals and node operators interested in decentralizing Ethereum infrastructure through low-cost hardware.Grant Funding
