It enables users to access decentralized websites (dWebsites) by simply appending '.limo' to an Ethereum Name Service (ENS) domain in a standard web browser, eliminating the need for special software. The service resolves ENS names to content hosted on various decentralized storage protocols, including IPFS, IPNS, Arweave, and Swarm.
