Description
D-FMI is a distributed ledger technology (DLT) platform for the issuance, distribution, and primary market settlement of digitally native notes (DNNs). The first service offering, Digital Securities Issuance (D-SI), supports non-syndicated Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) issuance with automatic ISIN allocation, delivery-versus-payment (DVP) settlement in EUR or USD, and securities wallet custody on the DLT component.
