farmer connect operated as a compliance and traceability platform focused on helping agriculture supply chain participants meet EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) requirements, including step-by-step compliance checklists, guides to preparing for EUDR deadlines, DDS automation, risk assessments, and audit-ready reporting. Its clients were companies across global agriculture supply chains needing traceability and regulatory compliance solutions. On 19 August 2025, farmer connect was acquired by Agridence Grp Holdings Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based leader in digital agri-commodity supply chain solutions, in a deal intended to deliver a unified compliance and traceability platform spanning EUDR and ESG requirements across global agriculture supply chains. As part of the post-acquisition integration, Stefano Rettore, the former Chairman of farmer connect, was appointed Chairman of the Agridence Board, and farmer connect's European presence and downstream expertise were folded into Agridence's broader multi-commodity platform.
