Fingerprints DAO is a global community and platform for digital art, functioning as a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) focused on curating and collecting seminal blockchain-based art. The organization believes art is crucial for understanding the capabilities of blockchain. Its collection features a variety of innovative blockchain-based art, including Autoglyphs (the first “on-chain” generative art on Ethereum), Terraforms, and Bitchcoin, alongside numerous other generative and conceptual pieces. To become a member, individuals must acquire governance tokens, either 5,000 $PRINTS or 1 Voxelglyph. Membership grants exposure to the DAO's collection, access to a community of artists, collectors, and curators, perks for studio drops and events, and the ability to participate in governance through proposals and voting. The DAO is currently migrating its membership model from $PRINTS to the Voxelglyph NFT.
