Floe Labs

Floe Labs builds payment and credit infrastructure for AI agents, enabling multi-vendor billing, spend control, and per-call API payments across a voice-agent and LLM tooling stack. It serves developers and teams building autonomous agents (e.g., with Vapi, LangChain, CrewAI, OpenAI, Claude, Retell) who need to fund, pay, authorize, and bill agent spending in real time.

Description

Floe Labs provides a payment and credit layer that sits in front of the API calls AI agents make. Agents can be funded via card or bank in 100+ countries (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay), with funds settling as USDC under the hood, and can then pay thousands of vendor APIs per call through a single proxy endpoint with no subscriptions or API-key juggling. Hard spend caps per agent, per vendor, and per task are enforced before a call is made, and every payment lands on one itemized, unified ledger for per-call, per-vendor, per-agent, and per-customer attribution. The company is also building a collateralized credit line (borrowing against deposited USDC) that is intended to evolve into behavior-underwritten spending authority as agents build a repayment track record, built around the x402 open payment standard from Coinbase and Cloudflare. Floe Labs is built by Alex Christian and Shivam Chaturvedi, co-founders of DataMynt, with backgrounds at Airwallex, Western Union, eBay, Kado.money, and Transak; its protocol is non-custodial, uses a dual-oracle setup (Chainlink primary, Pyth fallback), and has been audited by Omniscia. It primarily serves developers and teams building autonomous voice and AI agents that need programmable, controlled spending.
