Distributed

Description

Flux is a fully distributed, human-centred platform that facilitates social coordination with greater privacy, agency, and flexibility. As the first app built on the ADAM Layer, it is fully customizable in both its user interface and feature-set, and a user's social space and identity are not bound to Flux but can move across apps in the ADAM ecosystem. It allows users to create private communities, which are private networks between users without any servers or third parties, and features customizable channels with various tools. Flux is built for integration with Web3 platforms, allowing it to be used as a contact list for crypto payments, to view DAO proposals, or to manage permissions via asset ownership. Upcoming features include distributed governance using DAO capabilities, Web3 integrations, and collective management of community treasuries.
