Description
FOAM is developing an open, Ethereum-based network for trusted location services. Its FOAM Location protocol coordinates Zone Anchor radio nodes to synchronize time, form zones, and verify locations, enabling applications such as IoT tracking, supply-chain traceability, mobility, insurance, and location intelligence. The organization also operates FOAM Map, an open-source, token-incentivized registry where cartographers add and verify points of interest.
