Description

Functionland is building a user-powered, secure DePIN (Decentralized Physical Infrastructure) network for AI and decentralized storage, managed by the Fula Governance Association in Switzerland. The core of its ecosystem is the FxBlox, a hardware device that allows users to contribute storage and computing resources to the Fula network, which has grown to over 1,000 nodes providing more than 3PB of storage. This creates a global, user-owned, and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional cloud services by running on low-power devices. The platform features a modular design, allowing other protocols to run on FxBlox. For developers, Functionland offers the Fula SDK, which supports multiple languages (Java, Swift, JavaScript) for building cross-platform dApps with features like Decentralized ID and encryption. The project's ecosystem is powered by the $FULA token and is backed by investors such as Outlier Ventures and Protocol Labs, with Functionland Inc. (Canada) acting as an independent contractor for development and marketing.
