Fusang Depository Receipts (FDRs) are tradable instruments issued by Fusang Exchange Ltd as depository. They represent beneficial interests and direct legal claims in underlying assets held by independent custodians, can be issued in tokenised or book-entry form, traded and settled on the Fusang Exchange, and directly redeemed for the underlying assets.
