GAIB
GAIB is an economic layer for the AI and compute industry that enables investment in AI infrastructure. By tokenizing enterprise-grade GPUs and their cash flows, it creates a new asset class. The protocol offers an AI Synthetic Dollar, AID, which provides investors with yield generated from real-world AI compute demand.

Description
GAIB is a financial infrastructure project operating at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Real-World Assets (RWAs), and Decentralized Finance (DeFi). It addresses the high capital costs of AI infrastructure by tokenizing enterprise-grade GPUs and their cash flows, creating a new, liquid asset class. This model provides financing for data centers and cloud providers while offering investors direct exposure to returns from AI compute. The core of the ecosystem is AID, an AI Synthetic Dollar backed by a portfolio of GPU financing deals and liquid reserves. Investors can stake AID to receive sAID, a yield-bearing token that accrues value from protocol revenue. GAIB utilizes a structured finance approach with bankruptcy-remote Special Purpose Companies (SPCs), overcollateralization, and a Credit Committee to manage risk. The long-term vision is for AID to become a foundational currency in the AI economy, integrated into various DeFi protocols for lending, borrowing, and trading.Grant Funding
