gALPHA is a gener8tor program that helps aspiring entrepreneurs identify problems, develop and validate product ideas, build minimum viable products, and begin forming high-growth startups. The free, equity-free program generally includes weekly team and group meetings, workshops, mentorship, one-on-one coaching, and a completion showcase. gener8tor Skills Accelerator provides virtual training for in-demand careers including IT, project management, business, customer service, sales, AI leadership, and data analytics. Participants receive career coaching, interview and résumé support, peer networking, Lunch and Learns, certificates, and ongoing job placement assistance. The program serves unemployed and underemployed job seekers with basic computer skills who can commit 15–20 hours per week, and is provided at no out-of-pocket cost to eligible applicants through scholarships and public workforce programs.Category: Impact Initiative
