Genesis Vision

Genesis Vision is a decentralized, blockchain-based asset-management and trust-management platform launched in 2017 that connected investors with professional fund managers and traders across crypto, FX, and equity markets through funds, copy-trading, and managed trading programs. Client operations were suspended in November 2022 amid regulatory and exchange-partner issues, and in June 2026 the full technology stack, brand, and IP were acquired by GVT Ltd, a newly formed Acquisition SPV, which is now reviewing the platform for a future relaunch.

Description

Genesis Vision was an open, blockchain-based asset- and trust-management platform, organized into seven functional domains and 22 modules, spanning investment products (funds, trust-management programs, copy-trading), a multi-currency wallet with internal exchange, a professional trading terminal with multi-broker/exchange connectivity, on-chain trust and transparency tools (smart contracts, IPFS trade storage, manager ratings), social/community features, and operational infrastructure (ledger, KYC/compliance, admin dashboards) plus web and mobile client applications. Launched publicly after a 2017 ICO that raised roughly $2.8M via the GVT token (issued on Ethereum, with a later BNB Smart Chain contract), it served retail and professional investors, fund/strategy managers, and partner brokers/exchanges (e.g., KuCoin, Binance, Huobi, B2Broker, EXANTE) across crypto, FX, and equities. The platform suspended client-facing operations in November 2022 due to an evolving regulatory environment and the loss of a key exchange corporate account, closing funds and returning client balances. Between 2023 and 2025 the original team performed internal technical and legal groundwork, and in June 2026 GVT Ltd, an independent Acquisition SPV with no ties to the prior operators, acquired the full Genesis Vision technology stack and IP, intending to relaunch a compliant version of the platform (centered on the funds product) under a new legal and operational framework; existing client cabinet access continues only through December 31, 2026 for historical account purposes.
