Description
Goldfinch Prime offered a single onchain pool of institutional-grade private-credit funds managed by firms such as Ares, Apollo, Golub, PGIM, and KKR. The product aimed to make diversified private-credit exposure available through USDC on Base for non-U.S. persons, with Goldfinch Technology Company providing the website and services. In June–July 2026, Goldfinch announced an orderly wind-down of Goldfinch Prime, completed investor redemptions, stopped new deposits, and paused the contract.Grant Funding
