Description

GoNetwork is developing a mobile-first network infrastructure that leverages off-chain, state-channel technology to enable scalable, trustless, and low-cost transactions on Ethereum. Its core goal is to solve the speed and cost problems associated with on-chain blockchain transactions by amortizing transaction costs across many off-chain interactions, positioning itself as an infrastructure layer for the ERC20 token ecosystem and the broader mobile economy and commerce market. The company issued its own GO Token (GOT), an ERC20 token with a total supply of 100,000,000, sold via a public token sale beginning June 2018. GoNetwork's team, with a combined 30+ years of experience in software, mobile apps, game development, and blockchain, won the ETHWaterloo hackathon (the world's largest Ethereum hackathon) with a submission called "Pocket," presented to prominent figures in the Ethereum and blockchain community. GoNetwork primarily targets developers and users within the Ethereum ecosystem seeking fast, low-cost mobile transaction infrastructure.
