Originally launched for Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, the wallet combined an account platform and connected financial services with blockchain-based functionality for crypto assets, NFTs, SBT participation records, and business collaborations. HashPort provided and operated its core application and Web3 wallet. Following the Expo, the application was renamed HashPort Wallet on October 31, 2025, with existing users retaining their login method and eligible digital assets. HashPort Wallet for Biz is a stablecoin payment service provided by HashPort and built on its non-custodial HashPort Wallet application. Launched in January 2026, it offers merchant registration and payment acceptance without setup, registration, monthly, or payment fees.
