ICON Foundation supports the development and promotion of SODAX and complementary decentralized technologies, products, and services. Headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, it oversees strategic, financial, and operational matters through its Foundation Council and publishes blockchain research and updates. The Foundation is winding down the ICON Network, which is scheduled to shut down on December 31, 2026, while focusing resources on SODAX’s cross-network DeFi infrastructure for users, builders, partners, and ICX holders migrating to SODA.
