Karta provides a premium US charge card designed for 'the world's borderless people' — internationally-based, high-income individuals with US investment accounts, including those without a Social Security number. Credit lines of up to $200,000 are extended based on client assets rather than traditional credit history, and the card is distributed in partnership with private financial institutions and wealth management firms (such as Insigneo and Interactive Brokers) that already know their clients. Cardholders get a metal Visa Infinite card, Priority Pass Select access to 1,300+ airport lounges, 1 point per dollar spent redeemable for flights, hotels or experiences, additional cards for family or team members, and worldwide Visa ATM withdrawals, all managed via a 24/7 multilingual WhatsApp concierge that handles bookings, reservations, travel changes, and disputes. Karta has raised a $15 million Series A equity round plus a $125 million warehouse facility from investors including Galaxy, CIM, and Illuminate Financial, as well as a $5.4 million round led by Canary.Grant Funding
